Step 1.
Copy all files in C:/My Documents/ Interactive/Football Manager 2008/graphics
If you dont have graphics folder you can crte new folder with name "graphics". Step 2.
Start game. Go to preferences. Click on Display & Sound. Next step:
Off: Use skin cache
On: Always reload skin on confirm
