FOR ENGLISH-
After installation there is a russian looking folder where you installed the game to. For me it looks something like "Английские субтитры". Inside there is a data_localized_en.oaf file. Copy and replace this file to the one outside (in the Dungeon siege 3 folder). This should replace the 16mb one with the 600kb one. Might want to back it up first just in case.
